Create a game account for the UltimaRO test server. Use 4–23 letters/numbers/underscore for your username.

4–23 chars: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, underscore.
Stored for account recovery/admin contact. Max 39 chars due rAthena schema.
6–32 chars. For current rAthena/client config this is stored in the login table format the game server expects.
Classic RO account setting used by the client/server.
